Dee Park is the £150m redevelopment of a 40 year old housing estate in Reading to improve housing, roads, and open spaces and provide shops a new school and community centre. Catalyst Housing Group and Willmott Dixon are working in partnership to deliver the project in close consultation with residents.
Homes for social housing achieve the Code for Sustainable Homes level 4, and are provided with a 1.38kWp solar photovoltaic installation from 3 Clearline PV30 panels. Homes for sale meet Code for Sustainable Homes level 3 with an installation of combined solar heating and solar pv, with a Clearline V30 heating panel and Clearline PV30 installed as a pair.
The Clearline solar heating and photovoltaic panels have been specially designed for an aesthetic match and use the same roof integration detail. The low-profile panels form a harmonious component of the roof covering. |
