Solar water heating in tall buildings - linking each flat to its own solar panel

Each flat has its own cylinder, and a pair of pipes leading to a dedicated solar panel. Large numbers of pipes run in the risers, and installation complexity is high. Apartments on the lower floors suffer from much greater heat losses than those on the upper floors.
