The first Clearline solar panels rolled off the production line at Viridian's new factory and headquarters near Cambridge this month. With three times more floor space for production than the company's previous facility, the new factory will help the business position itself for further growth in future.

"The relocation went very smoothly, with no disruption to customer service," said Martin Davies, Operations Director, "but we're glad to be through the move, and to get back to focussing on manufacturing."

The 25,000 square foot facility is located in Papworth Everard, close to Cambridge, and will house research and development, and administration functions as well as manufacturing.
