Customer Support Administrator

Salary: £20-27.5k depending on qualifications/experience

Reporting To: Customer Support Manager

Location: Office based, CAMBS.

Viridian has a requirement for someone to join our Customer Support team managing the supply of solar equipment to customers around the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

  • Receive orders
  • Confirm order against quotation with sales team
  • Enter order into accounting software
  • Produce order acknowledgement
  • Produce pro-forma invoice
  • Liaise with site managers to plan delivery schedule
  • Liaise with Production Manager to help plan production
  • Confirm deliveries with site managers
  • Issue packing lists to production
  • Organise delivery with shipping company
  • Issue delivery notes
  • Inform site manager of shipment

Attributes

  • Adaptable
  • Self-starting, shows initiative
  • Knowledge of SAGE 200 an advantage
  • Organised, accurate
  • Good communicator – verbal and written word.
  • Robust – able to deal with demanding customers at building sites
  • Numerate, good with spreadsheets
  • Approachable, sociable.
