Customer Support Technician

Salary: £25-32k depending on qualifications/experience

Reporting To: Customer Support Manager

Location: Field based, South of England, when office based, CAMBS.

Viridian has a requirement for someone to join our Customer Support team providing training to roofers, plumbers and electricians at building sites across the country, but mostly in the south of England. Some telephone support to customers and some troubleshooting and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Train roofers to install Clearline roof integrated solar panels
• Train electricians and plumbers to install and commission solar systems
• Provide telephone support to installers and householders
• Undertake minor repairs
• Keep computer records up to date

• Good communicator – verbal and written word - at all levels
• Robust – able to deal with demanding customers at building sites
• Approachable, sociable.
• Plumbing or electrical knowledge an advantage
• Experience of building site work an advantage
• PC literate
