Salary: £25-32k depending on qualifications/experience
Reporting To: Customer Support Manager
Location: Field based, South of England, when office based, CAMBS.
Viridian has a requirement for someone to join our Customer Support team providing training to roofers, plumbers and electricians at building sites across the country, but mostly in the south of England. Some telephone support to customers and some troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Prior experience of renewable energy is not an advantage. We are far more interested to hear from candidates with an approachable and professional manner with a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Train roofers to install Clearline roof integrated solar panels
- Train electricians and plumbers to install and commission solar systems
- Provide telephone support to installers and householders
- Undertake minor repairs
- Keep computer records up to date
