Regional Sales Manager

Salary: £35-45k depending on qualifications/experience

Reporting To: National Sales Manager

Location: When office based, CAMBS, travel throughout SE, E and NE England.

Viridian has a requirement for someone to join our Sales team helping our customers achieve higher levels of energy efficiency in their new build and refurbishment projects.

Covering the East of England you will be working collaboratively with construction companies, architects and developers. Prior experience of renewable energy is not an advantage; we are far more interested to hear from candidates with a professional and consultative approach to sales.

Responsibilities

Pre sales support

  • Receiving and clarifying customer requirements
  • Reviewing drawings from customers
  • Analysis and solar specification
  • Preparing quotations
  • Attending site meetings
  • Follow up quotations, finalise order
  • CPD presentations to architects, engineers and builders

Selling

  • Find opportunities
  • Build relationships with customers

Attributes

  • Technically curious

  • Self-starting, shows initiative
  • Organised, accurate
  • Good communicator – verbal and written word.
  • Robust – cool under pressure
  • Numerate, good with spreadsheets
