PROJECT COMPLETION

End 2019

Bouwbedrijf Hoogeslag BV has built 28 homes around Dingshof in Raalte, The Netherlands. In this project, located in the Salland region of Overijssel Province, four blocks each comprising eight corner houses and twenty row houses were built. The municipality of Raalte set stringent sustainability and energy efficiency requirements resulting in many of the homes being completely energy neutral.

The roofs of the homes in this new-build project are equipped with in-roof Clearline fusion solar PV systems. Installation was carried out by Elders Totaalinstallateur Raalte, a part of the Loohuis Groep, with supply from ZSD Solar GmbH.

Dennis Kemerink, Branch Manager and Nick Simons, Project Manager of Elders Totaalinstallateur, explain the reasons for choosing Clearline fusion:

"In view of the high quality of the system where no plastic parts are used and the fact that Clearline fusion has all European fire safety certificates for the prevention of flame / fire spread with the highest rating, we have decided to apply this system in the Dingshof project."
