PROJECT COMPLETION

Clearline fusion roof integrated solar has been installed on this new build project, Boomrijk, a development by Amvest - Vastgoedontwikkeling & Investment Management in the expansion location DUIN, west of Almere in the Netherlands with a view of Amsterdam.

The DUIN location consists of several smaller projects, including several apartment buildings, an area with single-family homes that fit in terms of design with a forest landscape in the original Muiderbos. The architecture is striking with the roofs of the houses designed to create the impression of a forest canopy in autumn colours, while the facade brick colour and patterning suggest the bark of trees. Structural timber of Accoya wood remains visible. Clearline fusion roof integrated solar has been installed within these unusual roofs by Kremer Installatietechniek.

This new-build housing project included a total of 173 single-family homes built by Reinbouwgroep BV.

J. Rooswinkel, Executive at Reinbouw BV, explains:

"Clearline fusion roof integrated solar has the great advantage that the panels lay flat within the roof surrounded by the roof tiles which means they are aesthetically pleasing and also provide cost savings in tiles and time at the point of installation. In addition, Clearline fusion also achieves the highest fire rating and wind resistance."
