Dundas Estates Opts for Roof Integrated Solar

Scottish housebuilder Dundas Estates has signed an exclusive supply agreement with Viridian Solar to use the company’s roof integrated Clearline Fusion product on all new homes with a requirement for solar.

Dundas Estates is the property development arm of the James Walker Leith Group, a company that has been developing quality homes for almost 150 years and a highly respected name in the construction industry. Last year the Livingston-based company built 196 new homes.

Dundas lists Environmental Protection as one of its key priorities and in addition to building homes with excellent energy efficiency, the company aims to enhance the ecological value of developments with planting schemes, open spaces and where possible wildlife habitat areas.
