Dandara, one of the UK's most respected housebuilders, has partnered with UK based solar panel supplier, Viridian Solar. Dandara will use Clearline fusion roof integrated solar panels on all the homes it builds where there is a requirement for the technology.

In the more than 30 years since the housebuilder was founded it has developed and delivered over 13,500 homes, 1.7 million sq ft of commercial and retail space and won more than 100 industry awards. It operates across the UK with offices from Aberdeen in the North to Jersey in the Channel Islands.

Andy Fysh, Group Procurement Manager at Dandara, said:

"I joined the business in 2021 to set up group procurement agreements with key suppliers. With the new Part L regulations coming into force later this year it was very important to have a trusted supplier of solar. Dandara had been working with Viridian Solar for many years, mainly in Scotland, delivering a good looking system with no issues. It is very popular with solar contractors, the Viridian Solar design service is a great help, and the product speaks for itself. "

Jamie Berryman, Chief Sales Officer at Viridian Solar said:

"After the Scottish building regulations came into force in 2015, Dandara Homes was one of the first housebuilders in Scotland to really get behind the Clearline fusion product. Having seen first-hand the quality of their homes, especially in beautiful parts of the country like North Berwick it is again testament to the product to have another national house builder put their trust in Clearline fusion. We look forward to carrying on our great relationship throughout the Part L changes in England and Wales."
