Tulloch Homes development with Clearline fusion roof integrated solar
Springfield Properties plc, one of Scotland's leading private and affordable housebuilders, has extended its partnership with UK based solar panel suppliers, Viridian Solar, to the end of 2024.
Having previously acquired Dawn Homes and Walker Group, Springfield added Inverness-based Tulloch Homes to the Group in December 2021. The combined business now has over 40 active developments and builds just under 1,000 homes a year in locations across Scotland.
Springfield Director of Purchasing, Sandra O’May, said:
"We have used Clearline fusion roof integrated solar panels from Viridian Solar on our homes for many years, and as part of a Group Supply agreement, since 2019. The design support, product quality and ease of using the system is great, and we’re happy to extend the deal with Viridian to continue to offer an environmentally friendly energy solution to our customers across Scotland."
