Avant Homes Solar Panels

Viridian Solar announces that it has signed a Group Supply Agreement with Avant Homes running to 2024. Avant Homes will use Clearline fusion roof-integrated solar panels as its exclusive solar product for the new homes it builds where there is a requirement for solar - with most homes in Scotland currently coming with solar panels and the new 2021 Building Regulations soon to apply to new homes build in England.

With a Five Star Rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) the company operates across six regional offices in Scotland, north east England, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Steven Cuthbertson, Group Commercial Advisor at Avant Homes said:

"New building regulations and an increasing awareness of energy costs and sustainability from our homebuyers means that we expect to be installing far more solar panels on our homes. Our new partnership with Viridian Solar means we are taking control of the specification and ensuring the highest quality design for customers. With Viridian Solar now part of Marley and the Marshalls PLC group, this gave us even more confidence to move to a formal agreement. We believe this is the best way to simplify our supply chain and protect product availability."

Jamie Berryman, Chief Sales Officer at Viridian Solar said:

"It is a great endorsement of our quality and service that Avant has exclusively chosen Clearline fusion for its new homes. We ticked all the boxes required to become an exclusive partner for Avant Homes and now look forward to delivering beautiful and safe solar for years to come."
